A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Real Estate team as an experienced Real Estate Paralegal at my client's office in Sheffield. If you are an experienced Paralegal working within Real Estate and looking for a new and exciting challenge, this is the perfect role for you.My client is a Future Facing, international firm with over 50 offices throughout 30 plus countries. They are driven by technology and embrace the possibilities for developing new ways of delivering exceptional legal service.As a Real Estate Paralegal, the role will include:Managing a caseload of transactions including short term leases, licences to occupy and surrenders to name but a fewManaging straightforward purchases and salesSupporting on larger, complex, portfolio purchases and salesCarrying out title and occupational lease review exercises and preparing/assisting with the preparation of reports/certificates of titleAssisting with file opening proceduresAssisting with completion and post-completion registration, forms, filing and client signing / reporting requirements.The ideal candidateExperienced Paralegal dealing with Real Estate mattersExceptional organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise workExcellent communication and client care skillsA degree in law or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential.BenefitsA Cycle to Work schemeAn Employee Assistance ProgrammeSubsidised gym membershipLoyalty awards every five yearsStudy assistanceHow to applyDoes this Real Estate Paralegal role in Sheffield sound like the job for you?
