Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who work on some of the largest residential projects in the North of England. They are actively on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their Sheffield studios.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architect, you will need to be an ARB registered Architect with Strong experience working on high residential projects across all RIBA work stages. The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, as well as having previous experience of job running.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Have completed their RIBA Part 3 qualification
  • Are ARB registered
  • Strong Post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
  • Proficient with Revit
  • Strong experience working across RIBA stages 4 to 6
  • Proven background working on luxury residential projects
  • Commercial project experience is beneficial
  • Job running experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Full UK Driver's License
