We are currently working with a national specialist in lift engineering, with multiple regional branches across the UK, and boasting an excellent reputation within the industry to recruit for an experienced Lift Service & Callout Engineer covering South Yorkshire.
The role of theLift Service & Callout Engineer will involve the following duties;
- Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of lift systems.
- Diagnosingand repairing faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Performing routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Respondingpromptly to emergency callouts on your designated on-call day, on a 1 day in 12 basis.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
- Providingexcellent customer service and support.
- Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participatingin continuous professional development and training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lift Engineer or similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
