Do you have experience of working at a Depot and having supervision responsibilities? The Recruitment Co. are supporting one of our key clients who are looking to recruit for this role as soon as possible and this could be exactly what you are looking for!Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Implement loss prevention measures to minimise theft and shrinkage
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

The Person (Skills / Experience):

  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a team
  • Proven ability to supervise employees and provide guidance
