Page Group are delighted to be supporting an industry leading manufacturing business who are looking to add a Senior Customer Service Manager to their Sheffield Business. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for this role to manage multiple Team Leaders and drive strategy across the operation

Description

  • Responsibility for multiple customer focused teams across a dual site operations
  • Management through Team Leaders - empowering team leaders to be successful in their role
  • Customer Service Teams responsible for - Enquiries, Quotations, Order Processing, After-sales, account management & arranging logistics / distribution
  • Work closely with production planning to understand lead times, manage customer expectations, and highlight any potentially issues with production plan / supply proactively
  • Through regular review, identify areas for positive change across process, procedures and systems, driving continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and drive SLA's across the department
  • Create, implement and drive the service strategy across the department and wider business, ensuring teams are aware how they can impact
  • Create and present key MI and reports
  • Work with key stakeholders across the group within finance, production, sales and logistics
  • Where needed - attend reviews with key customers to identify potential service issues

Profile

  • Experience within a similar Customer Service Management role
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Process improvement knowledge
  • Management through team leaders (desirable)
  • Ability to drive performance

Job Offer

This role will join an industry leader within the UK.

Based at their Sheffield Offices, travel to other sites (UK) will be required (successful applicant will have a full UK Driving Licence)

Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience with generous benefits package (disclosed upon application)

Hybrid working is on offer 1 or 2 days per week
