Administrator - Operations Department

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 12.34 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to join our Operations team in a temporary role that has potential to become permanent role. If you're a proactive individual who enjoys multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Departmental Support: Provide administrative support across various teams, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth work flows.
  • Goods In and Goods Out: Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Liaise with different departments to ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently.
  • General Administration: Handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly in documentation and inventory management.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Be a proactive and effective communicator, working well in a team.
  • Be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Be eager to learn - we provide full training to the right candidate!
  • Experience with SAP
