Warehouse Manager - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking

£27,000 - £28,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Management team. If you are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and have a passion for warehouse management & distribution, we want to hear from you!
The Candidate
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or warehouse leadership role
- Forklift Truck License is highly desirable
- Retail & distribution experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations, including product maintenance, distribution, and inventory control.
- Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and adherence to health standards.
- Optimize space utilization and implement efficient operational policies.
- Manage a team of 6 full-time warehouse operatives, assigning roles and overseeing daily activities.
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers, transport firms, and store managers.
- Uphold company policies and mission, ensuring smooth execution of warehousing and distribution activities.
