Recent winners of the “Made in Yorkshire” awards, the company constantly strives to evolve, grow and continuously seek excellence in all operations, working closely with the Company of Cutler’s in Hallamshire.About the roleAs an Administration Assistant you will be:

  • Processing daily sales production orders using Progress+ Software System and associated procedures, including processing invoices
  • Emailing clients with regards to order progress and assisting with planning of orders for despatch
  • Creating mailing labels for parcels and submitting delivery notes to clients
  • Preparing accurate lists for Packing Department and preparing and despatching small orders
  • Producing and organising work orders for the Production Department
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from suppliers and customers
  • Contributing to the organisation of the office and assisting colleagues
