An excellent opportunity is available for a Assistant Project Manager / Site Manager who are looking for that next step in their career.

The position will be to join a growing main contractor that deliver high quality fitout, refurb, and build projects across the North of England from their base in the South Yorkshire area.

The role would suit those at Site Manager, Assistant Project Manager level or have a small amount of experience running their own jobs as a Site Manager. Where the position will have responsibility for running smaller projects within business, with the support of a Project Manager who assist in your continued development.

The business covers a number of sectors including retail, commercial and leisure on projects valued upto £5m.

Therefore, our client would be interested in speaking to candidates who fit the following brief;

  • Hold a minimum of an HNC/ HND or NVQ level 4 in a building related qualification.
  • Already have had exposure to a Junior Site / Operational management role within an associated commercial building environment.
  • Hold valid site certification, SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
  • Be a versatile and flexible individual, with the drive to develop and progress.
  • A good communicator at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
