NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be representing a highly regarded Independent Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Sheffield area. Our Client holds an excellent reputation within the industry and provides a holistic approach to Whole of Market advice for their well established Client Bank. Due to expansion, our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to the Financial Planners.

This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has strong knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Protection and other financial product as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants.

Responsibilities will include

  • Diary management
  • Updating client records on Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Obtaining information from clients and providers
  • Dealing with the post
  • Processing new business
  • Dealing with Letters of Authority
  • General office Admin

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in the industry is essential
  • Good knowledge on a range of pensions, investment and other financial products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Those offering industry qualifications would be of most interest
