Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are excited to be working with a leading transport organisation in Sheffield. The client is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract basis. You will be an integral part of the team supporting in launching projects effectively, coordinating closely with several departments.Â
Job Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
- Update and ensure accuracy of company and customer reports
- Distribute reports to stakeholders on time
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Maintain project documentation and coordinate team communication
- Track project resources and prepare meeting materials
- Flexibly assist in other business functions as needed
- Provide input on business processes
To be successful in this role of Project Coordinator:
- At least 12 months experience within an similar role
- Proven experience within a fast paced, varied role
- Have a high attention to detail
- Drive to progress into a Project Management position
