Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are excited to be working with a leading transport organisation in Sheffield. The client is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract basis. You will be an integral part of the team supporting in launching projects effectively, coordinating closely with several departments. 

Job Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:

  • Update and ensure accuracy of company and customer reports
  • Distribute reports to stakeholders on time
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate team communication
  • Track project resources and prepare meeting materials
  • Flexibly assist in other business functions as needed
  • Provide input on business processes

To be successful in this role of Project Coordinator:

  • At least 12 months experience within an similar role
  • Proven experience within a fast paced, varied role
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Drive to progress into a Project Management position
