We are currently recruiting a Groundworks Site Managerto join the company and assist in managinga package consisting of roads, foundations, sewers, brickworkand drainage based in Sheffield.
My client has ongoing and continuous work for the right candidate.
Groundworks Site Manager responsibilities:
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Sitesupervision
- Health & safety management
- Supervising labour and staff
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
- Sitecost/value control
- Programming
- Commercial reporting
- Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Groundworks Site ManagerRequirements:
- Must have experience working on residential projects.
- SMSTS/CSCS
- First Aid
- Experienced with working with sub contractors.
