Sonic Summary

This role involves working in the maintenance team alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and various other personnel.
The Maintenance Planner will coordinate maintenance activities, manage work orders, and reduce unscheduled downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance.
Candidates should have an HNC level education in engineering, an IOSH qualification, and proven experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in maintenance management software.
The salary for this position is up to £43,000.

In this role you will work in the maintenance team with close liaison with the Maintenance Supervisor, maintenance technicians, stores personnel and the SHEQ team along with external service providers. You will ensure that production schedules are achieved, by scheduling predictive, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.

Arrange & control hire equipment, mobile plant, tools & equipment
Reducing unscheduled downtime by using preventive & predictive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Profile

Educated to HNC level in an engineering discipline
IOSH qualification
Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS)
