In this role you will work in the maintenance team with close liaison with the Maintenance Supervisor, maintenance technicians, stores personnel and the SHEQ team along with external service providers. You will ensure that production schedules are achieved, by scheduling predictive, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with various departments

  • Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Arrange & control hire equipment, mobile plant, tools & equipment
  • Reducing unscheduled downtime by using preventive & predictive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Profile

  • Educated to HNC level in an engineering discipline
  • IOSH qualification
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS)
