Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Sheffield to recruit a Production Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday - day shift only

Reporting to the Operations Director, our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee a diverse a team, ensuring high quality and optimal efficiency is achieved.

Duties of the Production Manager will include:

• Lead, mentor and develop a team
• Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement
• Encourage lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide and analyse key performance indicators
• Promote and develop a safe work environment

We would like to speak with Production Managers with the following skills / experience:

• Experience in operations management within the manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
