Production Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have experience within an automated production environment
- Responsible for the overall performance of production within the site
- Providing technical support to the wider business
- People management, training, 121’s, appraisals, managing performance
- Must be able to identify and understand where production gaps of knowledge there are consistently driving positive change
- Managing reports and documentation in the right manner
- Coordinating tasks, repairs and maintenance with the team
- Involved in production meetings
- Responsible for ensuring that SOP’s are followed by the team
- Ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness standards are adhered to
- Proven successes of leading, managing and developing teams
- Strong communication skills are a must for this role
