My client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers within its field of specialist metal alloys and associated products. The company is a well-established producer to the global markets, having plants in the UK, Europe, Asia, and Americas, with over 75 years’ experience within manufacturing. The Role

The successful applicant will have experience in production management within a mechanical process improvement role, focused on optimising efficiencies and performance in an engineering process environment. You will need a working knowledge from an engineering point of view of process machinery; your background will be in and around the management and supervising of individuals and processes utilising statistical analysis and modern manufacturing techniques such as Lean manufacturing techniques. Your role will be crucial in the management and continuous improvement of this in depth manufacturing process; therefore, you will have regular interaction between all levels from manufacturing shop floor to director.
