A leading company in the industry is looking for a Production Planning Manager to take over key responsibilities as the current Production Control Manager moves on. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, effective project planning, and efficient scheduling. You will manage a well established team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Manage and coordinate a team including buyers, draughtsmen, and production material controllers.
  • Estimate costs, lead times, and schedules for the sales team.
  • Plan and drive project management from estimation to execution.
  • Ensure all processes are in place before production begins.
  • Lead and organize production control operations effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience in production planning and project management.
  • Ability to manage teams and department operations.
  • Expertise in estimating costs and lead times.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in matching and hard-facing sectors is a plus.
