Candidate Responsibilities:
- Managing Network Rail (client) and rail infrastructure to meet performance criteria and KPIs.
- Liaising with client personnel and representing at client meetings, developing client relationships.
- Conducting pre-site visits to capture requirements for planning and execution.
- Working with the commercial team to review estimate submissions and reporting on civils performance to the Project Manager.
- Managing site teams to ensure compliance with site returns, quality, safety, and timely submission of EWNs.
- Preparing and implementing site-specific management plans to comply with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policies.
- Preparing site documentation and contract plans to meet client requirements.
- Ensuring robust program management, capturing access consents and traffic management requests.
- Undertaking site audits and engaging with site teams.
- Leading and promoting a positive safety culture.
Candidate Requirements:
- PTS - (Mandatory)
- SMSTS - NVQ 6/7 - Temporary Works Coordinator - (Desirable)
- Appreciation of Network Rail design process
- Experience of reactive Works Delivery Frameworks (5+ years)
- Civil Engineering Construction experience in a railway environment (5+ years)
- Demonstrable commercial experience
- Demonstrable Program Management experience
