Role & Responsibilities
- Manage commercial refurbishment projects as a no1 Site Manager
- Health & Safety responsibility including site inductions toolbox talks and site inspections
- Quality control including site walk, uploading information and snagging lists
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct trades such as joiners, M&E, decorating, drylining and more
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Report I not a visiting Contracts Manager and provide progress reports.

Required Knowledge & Experience
- SMSTS, first and CSCS
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
- Preferably from a trade background
- Full UK driving license.
