This independent contractor operates across the UK & Ireland. Known for its prompt and flawless delivery of new build, extension and fit out projects. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by their clients, they possess the necessary expertise to ensure successful on-time project completion. They have recently seen a significant period of growth so now are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial new build / extensions projects, will be happy to travel and stay away frequently, and looking for a long term opportunity.

The Role:
- Site based role, with travel & staying away when required
- Work a variety of Commercial new build & exntension projects
- Further training and progression supported
- Support to acquire further qualifications
The Person:
- SMSTS, CSCS, First aid
- Experience in some of the following - Structural works, demolition, temporary works, drainage, new build / extensions
- Can do attitude & team player
- Full Driving license
