Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in driving the growth of the company's brand through effective digital marketing strategies, content creation, and website management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, website development and management, and content marketing, ensuring their digital presence is engaging and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and strategy.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure content is accurate, timely, and optimised for SEO.

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
  • Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

Website Management and Development:

  • Manage and maintain the company's website independently, ensuring it is regularly updated with fresh and relevant content.
  • Handle all aspects of website development, troubleshooting, and improvements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Use website creation and management tools like WordPress to enhance website performance, design, and security.
  • Ensure the website is fully optimised for search engines (SEO) and mobile responsiveness to drive traffic and increase visibility.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and website development and management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in website development, with experience using platforms such as WordPress, or similar CMS tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create content that resonates with different audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, web analytics tools, and mobile optimisation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
