Sheffield – (1 day WFH)  

£30,000 - £32,000 + Profit Share

Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for an established global power tools brand who are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to enhance organic traffic, website visibility, and digital growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the SEO strategy, working with content, marketing, and development teams, and driving technical and on-page SEO improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search rankings.
  • Manage technical SEO, working with developers on site speed, mobile optimisation, and crawlability.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create high-performing, SEO-friendly materials.
  • Implement link-building strategies and monitor performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to keep the business competitive.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in an SEO-focused role, preferably within a D2C environment.
  • Ability to manage the entire SEO cycle, including technical and non-technical aspects.
  • Expertise in industry-standard SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other content testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify platform is a plus.
  • Experience working with and leading external agencies.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, or Copy.ai to streamline SEO tasks.
  • While multilingual proficiency is not required, confidence in applying SEO skills across multiple European platforms is essential.
