Job Title:Commercial Laundry Service Engineer
Location:Fully field-based across Yorkshire, Lancashire, and the Midlands
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, with some weekend and bank holiday work as required. Overtime available if necessary.
Salary:£38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
Benefits:
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Welcome bonus of £1,500 upon successful probation completion
- Monthly performance bonus (typically £100-£300)
- Company van and mobile phone
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine service, maintenance, and repairs of commercial laundry equipment.
- Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime forclients.
- Serve as the face of the company in the field, maintaining positive client relationshipsand ensuring high levels of service.
- Collaborate effectively with the office team for scheduling, updates, and client communications.
- Uphold company standards by completing work safely and in line with established procedures.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Engineer (Commercial Laundry Appliances), ideally within a service, repair, ormaintenance role.
- Gas Safe certification and a valid UK drivers license.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and office teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, field-based environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A willingness to engage in in-house training to further enhance skills.
