It is important that you have experience of designing for innovative markets and that you can take responsibility for people and projects so that deadlines are met. it is important that you do more than just design and can speak confidently with customers, manage a project, and understand manufacturing, supply chain and quality.

* Design of individual components and complete mechanical systems
* Build and manage complex 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings
* Creating design layouts and schematics for design solutions
* Accountability for cradle to grave ownership of a product or design

* A minimum of 5 years experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
* A relevant qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline
