Elevation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a well-established manufacturing company in Sheffield.
The position requires candidates to have a Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering and experience with medium to heavy industry machinery.
The salary for this role is £42,162, with a 38-hour work week consisting of alternating day and afternoon shifts.
Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, an annual bonus, healthcare plan, and potential for overtime.
The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.

Elevation have the pleasure of working with a well established manufacturing company based in Sheffield who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

Hours:Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 2:00pm - Friday 6:00am to 12:00pm (DAYS)Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 2:00pm - 10:00pm - Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm (AFTERS)38 Hour Week Salary: £42,162

Day to day of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

Reacting to various planned and unplanned maintenance tasks in a fast paced environment
Working independently as well as a team to solve breakdowns on plant machinery
Carrying out reactive maintenance (PPM's) across various heavy machinery.

Desired experience of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

Level 3/ Apprenticeship equivalent or higher in Mechanical Engineering
Experience working with medium to heavy industry machinery including working on furnaces, presses etc
Experience with fault finding working regularly on PPM's and breakdowns
