PERMANENT SERVICE ENGINEER – SHEFFIELD/NOTTINGHAM AREA – SALARY D.O.E
Due to expansion, I am looking to recruit a flexible individual with experience in the intruder industry, CCTV or similar. There are other locations available
Daily duties are likely to involve:-
- Attend customer sites in response to reported faults
- Repair equipment faults leaving customer system fully operational whenever possible
- Complete service reports for all site visits made obtaining an authorised customer signature to confirm acceptance of the work.Â
- Ensure service controllers are contacted with works carried out on site at the completion of each call to ensure system is updated and call progress is monitored
- Maintain adequate vehicle stocks of consumables, tools and spares as recommended by current policies and procedures.
- Ensure all work is completed to relevant published company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timesheets and all paperwork is completed in line with company procedure and forwarded in accordance with company timescales
- Provide Commissioning, Customer Training and Hand-over of installed systems.
- Ensure faulty/damaged out of box equipment is notified to Service Controller immediately
- Ensure any shortages in equipment delivered to site are reported to the Service Controller without delay
- To deliver excellent customer service at all times presenting a professional image through high standards of personal appearance including upkeep of work wear and company vehicle.
In return, what we need from you:-
- Similar experience to the above
- Intruder experience on Honeywell Galaxy & Texecom
- Flexible attitude as you will be on call on a rota basis
