Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Sheffield-based heavy engineering company.
The position offers a salary of £40,456 and requires candidates to work Monday to Friday, rotating between 6am to 12pm and 12pm to 8pm.
The Maintenance Engineer will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for repairs, planned maintenance, and attending to breakdowns.
Candidates should be apprentice trained as a maintenance engineer with mechanical or electrical bias and possess good fault-finding skills.
Previous experience in a heavy engineering or hot work environment is required, along with knowledge of predictive and planned maintenance techniques.

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a Sheffield based heavy engineering company to recruit an Maintenance Engineer. Hours: Monday to Friday 6am till 12pm and 12pm till 8pm on weekly rotation

Salary: £40,456Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this Maintenance Engineer role will carry out repairs and planned maintenance on all plant equipment. Other duties of the Maintenance Engineer include:

Work closely with the Maintenance supervisor to ensure the Planning of maintenance work is completed
Working with PPM systems
New Installations
Attending to breakdowns as and when needed

We would like to speak with Maintenance Engineer with the following:

Apprentice trained as a maintenance engineer (mechanical or electrical bias)
Good fault finding skills
Knowledgeable on both predictive and planned maintenance techniques
Experience with breakdowns regularly
Previous experience in a heavy engineering /hot work environment
