Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior-level Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Managers and PA team of this busy and growing business on a 12-month contract basis.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisation and administrative skills, demonstrating a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This Personal Assistant role requires a professional who is able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe is essential as is experience with document management and preparation.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage and monitor inbox
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Record expenses
- Working closely with an assisting other PAs and Executive Assistants
Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or supporting a Management team or Director is essential.
- A focus on attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes and Adobe PDF is essential
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
