Role Responsibilities:
- As a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and analyse structural designs for building projects.
- Deliver detailed, innovative designs, drawings, and specifications using 3D software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with architects, clients, and the wider design team to develop efficient, integrated structural solutions with a focus on health, safety, and sustainability.
- Develop leadership skills by supporting junior team members and supervising design staff, providing learning input, and verifying design calculations and specifications.

Skills and Experience:
- A relevant civil or structural engineering degree.
