Pay Rate: £13.00 PER HOUR

You must undergo a DBS check this role.

Day to Day Duties
- Driving and operating 7.5 Tonne vehicles safely and efficiently
- Following Company procedures and comply with driving laws and regulations
- Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and unit is well presented at all times
- Maintain a good telematics score
- Complete deliveries to residential addresses
- Carry heavy furniture products
- Willing to work as part of a two-person team
- Assemble flat pack furniture in residential homes
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be available to work 4 out of 6 days between Monday to Saturday (planned rota)
- Be available to start work between 0400 and 0700
Essential Skills
- Hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence
- Experience driving 7.5 Tonne Vehicles
- Hold UK CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Excellent communication skills
- Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes
- Work in a professional manner
- Excellent customer Service skills
- Must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved
- Must pass undergo a DBS check
- Work as a two person team
Desirable Experience
- Experience of commercial driving carrying out home deliveries
- Experience assembling furniture
What training is provided?
- Must Pass a Driving Assessment
- Once Driving Assessment passed, there will be a three-day paid induction
