You will be responsible for managing the import/Export of clients' products from various industries across the world via sea, ocean & Air. Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients throughout the shipping process and collaborating with the team to provide logistics solutions.
  • Handling day-to-day shipments start to finish.
  • Building and maintaining client relations for continued business
  • Coordinating final mile delivery requirements with third-party suppliers and in-house team
  • Providing general customs advice and creating customs and import ocean documents.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Operations for Road, Sea & Air shipments.
  • Ideally 2-3 years' experience working in a similar position for a freight forwarder in the UK.
  • Knowledge of customs would be a bonus.
  • Understanding of AEO procedures, Bills of Lading, Inco Terms, and general customs compliance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
