Ashley Kate are excited to be recruiting for our well established, professional services client as they embark on a period of exciting growth! Travelling across UK locations you will be an experienced HRBP with the ability to travel across the UK and meet key stakeholders.

Salary 45k - 55k dependant on experience.

Yorkshire based with weekly travel across the UK

Reporting into the HR Director, and working closely with the senior leadership team, we are looking for a strong HR generalist with a hands on approach who is passionate about a people centric culture.

This is a brand new role for a HR Business Partner to join them as they grow the business and newly created HR function. Working within FCA regulated environment you will need to undertake a DBS as part of the process.

HR Business Partner - The role:

- Supporting and guiding Managers and Directors with day to day HR people issues and employee relations.

- Reviewing, developing a wide range of policies, procedures and processes.

- Talent management and succession planning.

- Recruitment & onboarding.

- Support in acquisition, TUPE and structure changes.

- Analysing HR Metrics and reporting and utilising HR data to make improvements.

- Support the HR Director with Ad hoc HR projects.

To be considered you will be an experienced HR Generalist, Ideally from a professional services background. You will have experience of HR project work, but you won't be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in from the ground up as this is a very hands on and operational role.
