The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with HR and Finance activities, and supporting the CEO.
Key duties of the Office Manager:
- Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings, supplier, client, and customer visits.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and phone calls.
- Supporting individual departments with purchasing and ordering processes.
- Assisting with HR functions and finance tasks
Qualifications and Capabilities of the Office Manager:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
Package Offered to the Office Manager:
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
