Responsibilities:
- Open the buildings each morning
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for clients and their team.
- Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying up communal areas.
- Ensure that the premises are well-stocked with essential supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
- Monitor and report any issues or potential hazards to their team promptly.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings and events.
- Keep track of inventory, order supplies, and maintain a neat storage area.
- Respond to client requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Build positive relationships with the client's team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support their team with any additional tasks or projects as required.
