Exam Invigilator/Scribe

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining fairness in the examination process? We are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators with scribing responsibilities to support secondary schools in Sheffield during their exam periods.

About the Role:

In this role, you will:

• Invigilate Exams: Ensure exam venues are prepared, secure, and compliant with strict examination protocols.
• Maintain Standards: Monitor candidate behaviour, manage any irregularities, and uphold exam integrity.
• Provide Scribing Support: Assist candidates who require written support during exams by accurately recording their responses.
• Liaise with Staff: Work closely with school officials to ensure a smooth examination process and assist with any post-exam procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere to examination regulations.
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and school staff effectively.
• Reliability & Flexibility: Commitment to punctuality and reliability during exam periods, with flexibility to cover various schools.
• Previous Experience: Prior experience in invigilation, scribing, or working within a school environment is highly desirable.
• Clear DBS Check: A valid and clear DBS check is essential.
