Our client has a brilliant opportunity to join their experienced and supportive People team. The People Officer will play a key role in the people team by supporting and guiding their line managers in all aspects of HR with a strong focus on employee relations. They are looking for an individual that will thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and a good generalist HR background.

More about the role:

This role is to provide generalist HR services to around 250 employees in our Livewell directorate working alongside People Partners who will support you. You will require a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to manage compliance-related tasks effectively. Within the role you will carry out a range of different tasks such as:

  • Employment relations
  • Wellbeing
  • Performance management
  • Absence management
  • Supporting recruitment
  • Projects
  • Policy Work
  • Stakeholder management
  • Who you are:

  • Detail orientated
  • Approachable and excellent at building relationships
  • Have generalist Human Resource experience
  • Hold strong customer service ethos
  • Are curious, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Are experienced in the use of IT - HR systems and Office 365
  • Can consistently meet deadlines and produce high quality work.
