As a Temporary Showroom Host, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers visiting the showroom. Your friendly and professional demeanour will ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Role: Temporary Showroom Host

Pay: £12 an hour + Office Angels Benefits

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Location: Sheffield

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure that the showroom is clean, organised, and well-maintained to create a positive first impression for customers.
  • Offer refreshments to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visit.
  • Answering calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist with organising and coordinating test drives for interested customers.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to provide product information and answer any questions customers may have.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure that the showroom is always presentable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
