The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 3 Teacher for a long-term, full-time role in Aldridge, starting in November 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and vibrant school community where you can make a real impact on young learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, ensuring that all students make progress and develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are engaged and challenged.
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
- Working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and build strong home-school relationships.
- Contributing to the wider school community and participating in school activities and events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2.
- A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for creating an engaging learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and a desire to make a positive impact in the classroom.
