Description
- Supervising and managing all aspects of payroll within the organisation
- Maintaining and updating payroll records accurately
- Ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and guidelines
- Resolving payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for accounting purposes
- Coordinating with the Accounting & Finance Department to ensure smooth operation
- Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of employee data
- Providing payroll information and guidance to staff and management
Profile
A successful Interim Payroll Supervisor should have:
- Proven experience in a similar Payroll Supervisor or Manager role
- Any experience in the public sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of payroll systems and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in using payroll software and related tools
