The position is based in a steady pharmacy that dispenses around 7,500 items monthly and employs robotic distribution technology.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing pharmacy staff, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
The salary for this role is up to £58,040 per annum for a 40-hour workweek, with additional benefits including 25 days holiday and a performance-related bonus.
Candidates must be qualified Pharmacists in the UK with GPhC registration and relevant experience.

Are you a committed and patient-centered Pharmacist seeking an exciting opportunity to guide a great team and positively impact the wider community?This branch is staffed with an experienced team including an ACPT and 3 Healthcare Partners, providing an excellent service to the local community from their setting in quiet residential area. Currently dispensing around 7,500 items per month, this is a relatively steady branch. As well as providing a variety of services, this branch also utilises robotic distribution technology. This frees up your time to provide the care and attention that patients deserve.Key Duties

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
Oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines

Package and Benefits

Salary up to £58,040p/a for 40 hrs p/w
Work pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 09.00 - 18.00 and Thursday 09.00 - 13.00 (Some flexibility available)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
Option to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday per year
GPhC fees paid
Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
