As a Science Technician, you will:

• Prepare and set up equipment and materials for science lessons, ensuring practicals run smoothly.
• Support teachers during practical demonstrations and experiments.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and in excellent working order.
• Assist with the storage and organization of chemicals, specimens, and other materials, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to both staff and students, fostering a safe and productive learning environment.

• A background in science (qualification or experience in a laboratory environment preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• An understanding of health and safety practices in a laboratory setting (training can be provided).
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
