Band 6 Physiotherapist- Community Neuro

Based in Sheffield

Part-time- 1 day per week

Starting ASAP

We are seeking a locum Physiotherapist, to support the Community Neuro therapy team for 1 day a week.

Responsibilities:

- Assessing and treating patients with long-term neurological conditions, creating individualised rehab programmes

- Working with a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

- HCPC registration and BSc/Diploma in Physiotherapy

- Minimum 2 years post-grad experience

- Neurological experience is essential

- Car driver, to complete home visits
