With a vast international presence, they combine in-depth sector knowledge with a broad global perspective, enabling them not only to foresee industry trends but also to shape them.About the Role:This team's main objective is to ensure that client due diligence is current, accurate, and aligned with the firm's standards. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:Performing due diligence on both new and existing clients and matters, focusing on AML and sanctions compliance. Conducting client and matter risk assessments, taking into account jurisdictional, legal, regulatory, and other commercial risk factors. Running company searches for new client engagements to identify any PEPs, sanctions, or negative media mentions. Maintaining accurate client information in the firm's finance system. Addressing inquiries from fee earners and staff regarding client data, new client forms, and general regulatory and compliance matters.About You:You should have a keen interest in developing your career in the Risk and Compliance sector, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in AML, risk, and compliance is desirable, but we also welcome applicants from administrative backgrounds. A degree in a related field is an advantage, but not required. A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Professional demeanour with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
