  • Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Service high speed multistage progression tools
  • Replace pilots, probe pins, springs, designing and making special fixtures to fit to tools.
  • Ensure tooling is maintained to quality standards
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams
  • Proactively identify improvements to tooling processes
