We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or someone in the early stages of their teaching career to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners.

You will deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. You'll foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment and assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies. Also communicate effectively with parents and guardians and keeping them up-to date with progress.

As an Early Career Teacher your responsibilities include:
- Delivering the pre-prepared lesson plan to the class ensuring all students are engaged and learning.
- Using a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of all students.
- Ensuring the classroom is a safe and welcoming environment for all students to learn in.
- Working collaboratively with the teaching assistant or any support staff.
- Building rapport with the students.
- Building relationships with other staff members within the school.

To be considered for the role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Career Teachers)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
