The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the youngest pupils in school, ensuring they have a strong foundation for their future learning journey.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and positive social interactions.
• Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
