Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and welcoming school? We are seeking a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join our multi-form entry primary school in South Sheffield on a maternity cover contract, starting in July 2025 for a period of one year.
About the Role:As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged to reach their full potential. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with additional responsibilities, including:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback and support.

Participating in after-school meetings and parent's evenings.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is desirable but not essential).

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and ensuring the best outcomes for pupils.
