Elevation Recruitment is looking for a reliable and experienced Delivery and Installation Driver for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Sheffield. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and the ability to deliver and install products at client locations across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver heavy goods to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Perform manual handling tasks in a safe manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients during deliveries.
- Aid in the installation of products at customer sites.
- Stay overnight for longer deliveries (accommodation and food provided).
- Be flexible with overtime and extended hours when required.
- Navigate through busy city locations and long-distance driving.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience driving vans for long-distance deliveries.
- Proven experience in delivering heavy goods.
- Ability to handle manual tasks safely.
- Comfortable driving in busy city areas.
- Willingness to stay overnight and work flexible hours.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
