Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Quality Inspector for an engineering business in Rotherham.
The role involves inspecting, recording, and reporting on product quality using various inspection equipment and ensuring compliance with work instructions.
Candidates should have experience in a precision manufacturing environment and knowledge of CMM or Faro Arm technology.
This position requires strong communication skills and relevant experience in a similar role, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least two years of experience in quality inspection.

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with an engineering business in Rotherham who are recruiting a Quality Inspector. A small, precision manufacturer supplying to a variety of industries, this role will be to inspect, record & report in accordance with work instructions ensuring the highest level of quality across all their products. This role will be days only with an early finish on a Friday. Duties & Responsibilities include:

Using a variety of inspection equipment (Micrometers, Height Gauges, Calipers etc).
Operation of Faro Portable Measuring Arm.
Inspection and recording of all relevant dimensions.
Carry out calibration of equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
First Off Inspection.
Contribute ideas to continuous improvement programs.
Support the investigation of NCRs, corrective & Preventative Actions (CAPA) and Customer Complaints
